My career began in the corporate world (on the marketing side), where I quickly realized that change isn’t just about systems and processes - it’s about people. That understanding shaped my journey into change management and consulting, where I now specialize in creating strategies that align operational readiness with human potential.
On a more personal note, I grew up with a deep curiosity about how people and systems evolve, which naturally translated into my work. Outside of the office, I’m an advocate for holistic health, mindfulness, and lifelong learning.
When I’m not diving into transformational projects, you’ll likely find me walking my dog Nova, exploring a new mountain path, or reflecting on life’s big questions.
